Shipping

Rates

• Free US shipping on orders of $199 or more, after discounts.
• $11 flat rate on US orders under $199.
• Free local pickup in Topanga, California. Choose it at checkout and the pickup address is shown there.

Shipping is calculated and shown in your cart before you pay. There are no other handling fees.

When your order ships

Orders placed before 1 pm Pacific time on a business day leave the next business day. Orders placed later, or on a weekend, leave within two business days. Transit takes three to five business days, so most orders arrive four to six business days after you order. You receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses in the United States. If you are outside the US, email us before ordering and we will tell you honestly whether we can help.

Damaged, missing or late

If a package arrives damaged or never arrives, email care@frequencycaps.com with your order number (and photos for damage) within 7 days of delivery, or of the expected delivery date if it never came. We cover replacement shipping both ways. Unopened products can also be returned within 30 days of delivery; see the returns policy.
