Start with Calm, Energy, or Cacao Cubes.
The three customer favorites, ordered first for a clear path into the daily Frequency ritual.
Energy
The Morning Motivation Ritual
Energy is our gentle daily activation, created for clarity, creativity, and calm, focused momentum. Built on the same foundation as Calm, Energy combines 180 mg of our Frequency mushroom lineage with 30 mg of niacin for a clean pre-activity lift. Not harsh stimulation. A subtle ignition into a more awake, present, and engaged state. The mushroom lineage helps quiet mental noise while niacin supports circulation and creates a brief warming sensation that signals activation. Noticeable, but still you. 40 plant-based capsules per bottle. Clear focus. Calm momentum. Always you.
Cacao Cubes
The Fun Zone
Cacao Cubes are our individually wrapped vegan mushroom chocolates, crafted for social flow, clarity, and heart-centered fun. Each cube contains 500 mg of our proprietary Frequency mushroom lineage blended with premium vegan cacao for a clean, precise, and portable experience. With 8 individually wrapped cubes per box, they are designed for easy sharing, easy dosing, and joyful moments in nature, conversation, music, and celebration. Where pleasure meets presence.
A note from Mark
The new home is open. Same medicine, new sanctuary.
The practice isn’t about perfection. It’s about presence. I’m reading every reply myself. Tell me what works, tell me what doesn’t.

“Quality I trust.”
Founder and guide
Mark Kohl built Frequency from lived transformation.
Before Frequency, Mark spent more than three decades as a director and cinematographer, shaping images for film, television, and national campaigns. Behind the public success was a private collapse that eventually led him into deep recovery work, plant medicine, sound, and the search for a more coherent way to live.
Frequency is the product of that inquiry: a practical ecosystem for reconnecting with Nature's Intelligence through education, ritual, and responsibly crafted tools for awareness and integration.
