What happens after the 7-day trial?
Your Explorer plan begins billing at $49/month (or the annual rate you selected). You can cancel anytime before the trial ends and you won't be charged.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades apply at the end of your current billing cycle so you keep access to premium features until then.
What payment methods do you accept?
PayPal and Venmo. We chose PayPal for the security and reliability it offers our members.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your journal entries, insights, and profile are preserved indefinitely. You keep read-only access until your billing period ends. If you return, everything is still there.
Is my journal data used to train AI?
No. Your journal entries are deeply personal and are never used to train AI models. We use AI providers (OpenAI, Anthropic) under terms that prohibit training on your data.
